Deputy Chief Minister Visits War Museum in Jaisalmer, Pays Tribute to Martyrs
Jaipur : Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa, during his visit to Jaisalmer on Thursday, toured the Jaisalmer War Museum along with his family. On the occasion, he paid homage to the brave martyrs and bowed in reverence to their supreme sacrifice.
Speaking at the museum, Dr. Bairwa said, “The War Museum is not just a monument; it is a living testament to the immortal tales of valor of our soldiers who laid down their lives in the defense of the motherland. Visiting this place evokes a deep sense of patriotism, courage, sacrifice, and dedication to the nation.”
He further remarked that the stories of bravery showcased in the museum serve as a source of inspiration for the younger generation. The site reminds us of the ultimate sacrifices made by our soldiers for the security of the nation — sacrifices that will always be remembered with honor and gratitude.
Dr. Bairwa also viewed the war equipment, historical exhibits, photographs, and artifacts displayed in the museum and described them as deeply motivating. He emphasized that such memorials are vital in instilling a spirit of patriotism and national service among the youth.
During the visit, senior officials from the district administration and the Indian Army welcomed the Deputy Chief Minister and provided insights into the significance and features of the War Museum.
