CM Yogi to hand over appointment letters to 1,494 youths selected in UP Police Telecommunication Department
Lucknow, Aug 25 : Lucknow is set to witness another milestone in Uttar Pradesh’s Mission Rozgar as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will distribute appointment letters to 1,494 selected youths in the UP Police Telecommunication Department on Sunday, August 3, at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan.
The recruits include 1,374 Assistant Operators and 120 Workshop Staff, all chosen through a fair and transparent selection process conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. This move marks another significant step towards the modernization of the state police force, following the historic recruitment of 60,244 constables earlier.
Under CM Yogi’s leadership, Mission Rozgar has already created over 8.5 lakh government jobs, 3.75 lakh contractual appointments, and more than 2 crore employment opportunities in the private sector and MSMEs.
The government aims to ensure job availability in every village and city, empowering the youth to become self-reliant contributors to the state’s growth.
