Women & Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade Participates in Tiranga Rally

Raipur, Aug 2025 – On the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Independence Day celebrations, a grand Tiranga Rally was organized in Surajpur under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade attended the rally as the chief guest, joining the march from the Collectorate premises to Rangmanch and spreading the message of patriotism.

During the rally, Minister Rajwade enthusiastically participated while holding the national flag. In her address, she said that India’s freedom was achieved after countless sacrifices, and therefore, it is the duty of every citizen to protect the country’s integrity, unity, and pride. She appealed to all to remember that the Tiranga is not merely a symbol of celebration, but also a source of national pride and inspiration.

The event was also attended by Chhattisgarh State Forest Development Corporation Chairman Shri Ramsevak Paikra, MLA Shri Bhulan Singh Maravi, Collector Shri S. Jayavardhan, and District Panchayat CEO Shri Vijendra Singh Patle, along with public representatives, officials, employees, and a large number of citizens.

The city’s main roads echoed with patriotic slogans like Vande Mataram and Bharat Mata Ki Jai. School children, women’s groups, and young volunteers waved the national flag to honor the sacrifices of freedom fighters. The program concluded at Rangmanch with the national anthem, where all present reaffirmed their commitment to the Tiranga.
