Recruitment Rally For Agniveer Soldier Successfully Conducted

A recruitment rally for enrolment in the Indian Army under the Agniveer Scheme was successfully conducted by the Army Recruiting Office, Aizawl, Mizoram, at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium from 07 August 2025 to 08 August 2025. Around 461 candidates from various districts across Mizoram State participated in the rally.

The rally saw enthusiastic participation from eligible youth who had registered online in advance. During the event, candidates underwent Physical Fitness Tests, Physical Measurement Tests, Medical Examinations, and Documentation Verification as per the prescribed procedures under the Agnipath Scheme.

The objective of the rally was to provide an opportunity for motivated and capable youth of the region to join the Indian Army and serve the nation with pride.

The Indian Army expressed its gratitude to the civil administration, local authorities, and the people of Mizoram for their cooperation and support, which ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the rally.
