Prime Minister Praises Book “Abhyuday Ki Ore”, Calls Governor Bagde’s One-Year Tenure Significant; Dialogue Held on State and National Development Issues

Jaipur, Sept 2025 – Rajasthan Governor Shri Haribhau Bagde met Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday, where they engaged in a discussion on various issues concerning both the state and the nation.

During the meeting, Governor Bagde presented the Prime Minister with a copy of the book “Abhyuday Ki Ore”, published to mark the completion of his one-year tenure in Rajasthan. Prime Minister Modi reviewed the book and expressed appreciation for it.

Highlighting the Governor’s contributions, the Prime Minister described Shri Bagde’s first year in office as significant and commended his initiatives in the fields of dairying, cooperatives, and natural farming. He further praised the Governor as a grounded and exemplary personality.

Governor Bagde briefed the Prime Minister on the measures being undertaken in Rajasthan to bring about qualitative improvements in higher education, particularly efforts toward NAAC accreditation. He also shared details of ongoing initiatives for the welfare of tribal communities.

The Governor further informed the Prime Minister about his review meetings across all 41 districts of the state to ensure effective implementation of central and state government development programmes and welfare schemes. He also highlighted his visits to border areas and the progress achieved in promoting dairying, cooperative movements, and natural farming practices.
