CM Dr. Yadav Pays Tribute to Deceased Police Personnel
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached the residence of late Sub-Inspector Shri Ashok Sharma at Piplianaka and paid tribute to three police personnel who lost their lives in a recent accident during his visit to Ujjain on Sunday.
CM Dr. Yadav offered floral tributes before the portraits of late Sub-Inspector Ashok Sharma, late Sub-Inspector Madanlal Ninama, and late Constable Ms. Aarti Pal. He consoled and provided support to the bereaved families. The Chief Minister handed over cheques of ₹1 crore each to the families of late Shri Sharma and late Shri Ninama, and a cheque of ₹59 lakh to the family of late Ms. Pal. He also announced that dependent family members of the deceased will be provided with compassionate appointments.
Expressing grief, CM Dr. Yadav said that the tragic demise of police colleagues in the recent accident was deeply saddening and that the state government stands firmly with the bereaved families in this difficult time.
Rajya Sabha Member Shri Umesh Nath Maharaj (Bal Yogi), MLA Shri Anil Jain Kalukheda, Shri Sanjay Agrawal, Shri Ravi Solanki and local councillor Shri Hemant Gehlot were present on the occasion.
