RUIDP Workshop on HAM & PPP Models Draws 100+ Investors in Jaipur

Jaipur, Oct 2025 : A high-level workshop on the Hybrid Annuity (HAM) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model was organized on monday at the Rajasthan International Centre RIC for the upcoming phase-V of Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP). The workshop witnessed participation from over 100 delegates including Asian Development Bank (ADB), investors, prospective bidders, stakeholders, technical experts, and senior officials from various government departments.

 Shri Ravi Jain, Secretary, Local Self Government Department said this workshop is great opportunity to clear the doubts and requested the participants to present their suggestions and views on the proposed HAM & PPP model under Phase-V of the project. The project works, valued at ₹19,149 crore, will benefit 296 urban local bodies across Rajasthan.

Project Director, RUIDP, Shri Hari Mohan Meena, presented the details of urban infrastructure works executed by RUIDP. He urged all stakeholders to contribute their insights on the proposed HAM model, stating that the deliberations held during the workshop will help frame a robust roadmap for the successful execution of the fifth phase of the project.

Mr. Bhavesh Kumar, Senior Project Officer, ADB said that this workshop is being organized to invite the suggestions and feedback of different stakeholders. The Water Resources Department, PHED, HNB Group, L&T, SUEZ India, PNC Infra and JWIL infra limited also delivered their presentations on the projects implemented by their organizations through HAM Model. Senior officials from various government departments were present during the workshop.
