Raipur, Oct 2025 : Minister Lakshmi Rajwade Listens to Citizens and Orders Immediate Resolution, Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Minister and Bhatgaon MLA, Mrs. Lakshmi Rajwade, stated that public service is the government’s foremost commitment, and resolving every citizen’s problem is a top priority. Today, during a Jan Darshan program held at her residence in Birpur, Surajpur district, the Minister listened to the problems and suggestions of a large number of citizens. She instructed officials to take necessary and prompt action on every application. She emphasized that the Jan Darshan initiative aims to resolve citizens’ issues on the spot, ensuring that government schemes reach the public effectively.

Mineral Trust Plans to Improve Public Life – Surajpur DMF Governing Council Meeting Held

Under the chairmanship of Minister Lakshmi Rajwade, a meeting of the District Mineral Fund (DMF) Surajpur Governing Council was also conducted today at the District Panchayat office. The meeting was attended by MP Chintamani Maharaj, District Panchayat Chairperson Mrs. Chandramani Paikra, Municipal Chairperson Mrs. Kusumlata Rajwade, the Collector, along with other elected representatives and officials of the district.

During the meeting, the council reviewed schemes funded by the Mineral Trust Fund and discussed the progress of various development projects. Minister Rajwade instructed that all projects under the Mineral Trust Fund should contribute meaningfully to the upliftment of public life. She emphasized transparency, quality, and timely execution in the implementation of these schemes.

The Minister added that the government’s goal is to ensure maximum benefits from mineral resources reach the local population, and through these schemes, permanent improvements should be made in education, health, drinking water, nutrition, roads, and employment.

This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to effective public service and tangible development outcomes for citizens.
