Appeal to Use Helpline, Web Portal to Register Cyber Crime Complaints
The increase in the use of information and communication technology has also led to a rise in cyber crimes. To prevent cyber crimes, it is necessary to increase awareness about such offenses. To report cyber crime complaints, use the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or register on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Additionally, the Home Department has appealed to the public to follow the official social media handle of ‘Cyber Dost’ on social media platforms.
