“Mukhya Sevak Yuva Samvad” Program Held at Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Khatima

The “Mukhya Sevak Yuva Samvad” (Chief Servant Youth Dialogue) program was organized at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Khatima, where Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami interacted with young achievers and entrepreneurs from across Uttarakhand.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that more than 1,100 startups in the state have been recognized, and 15 state-of-the-art incubators have been established to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. He called upon the youth to take a pledge, set clear goals, and contribute to making Uttarakhand the best state in the country.

“No Force Can Stop a Determined Youth”

Dhami said, “When youth are filled with energy, hope, and positivity, the environment naturally becomes vibrant.” He added that his experience has taught him that no power in the world can stop a nation from progressing when its youth are determined to see their country reach the pinnacle of success.

He further said that India’s economic and social progress today is clear evidence of the awareness and alertness of its youth. “The world looks at India with hope and confidence because India’s people are young, and India’s spirit is young. India is young in strength, in dreams, and in thought,” he said.

The Chief Minister emphasized that India has always embraced modernity and accepted change, which is why the voice of India today influences the direction of the world.

“Strong Willpower Can Move Mountains”

Dhami acknowledged that many children come from economically weaker backgrounds with limited resources, but he reminded them that “even mountains yield before those with strong willpower.”

He said thousands of youths from Uttarakhand are excelling in the army, defense services, government and private jobs, startups, and new enterprises. The young people present who have recently secured employment or started self-employment ventures, he said, are living examples of hard work and perseverance.

Youth as the Engine of National Development

The Chief Minister stated that no nation can develop economically, socially, politically, or culturally unless its youth are organized, self-reliant, and inspired by nationalism. “Just as an engine requires fuel to start, a nation needs the strength, innovation, and talent of its youth to move forward,” he said.

Dhami said that India is a young nation, and if its youth work in the right direction, the country will certainly reclaim its position as ‘Vishwaguru’ (World Leader). Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, he said, a sense of responsibility and devotion toward the nation has developed among India’s youth.

He expressed confidence that the Yuva Samvad program would serve as a milestone in strengthening the resolve to make India a developed nation by 2047, a vision championed by Prime Minister Modi.

Promoting Startups and Innovation

The Chief Minister highlighted that the Uttarakhand Startup Policy has accelerated the growth of a vibrant startup culture in the state. Along with financial assistance, the government is providing a supportive ecosystem for budding entrepreneurs.

He said that startups in food processing, agriculture, IT, AI, biotechnology, health, and wellness sectors have shown remarkable progress. “Our youth have immense energy and potential; the right guidance is the key to our nation’s bright future,” Dhami remarked.

He urged young people to remember that their work should not only advance their personal growth but also contribute to the development of the state and the nation.

“Be Job Creators, Not Job Seekers”

Dhami encouraged youth to become job creators instead of job seekers. “You are at a critical stage of life where your decisions will shape your future. Whatever you decide to do with determination will surely be accomplished,” he said.

He assured the youth that his government is fully committed to their holistic development and progress, adding that the government has full faith in their extraordinary talent and potential.

A Shared Vision for a Prosperous Uttarakhand

Concluding his address, Dhami expressed confidence that the youth of Uttarakhand would continue to contribute with full dedication to the progress and prosperity of the state and help fulfill the collective vision of making Devbhoomi Uttarakhand the best state in India.

The Chief Minister extended his best wishes for the bright future of all young participants.

During the event, several young representatives including Nikita Upadhyay, Kavita Goswami, Khushi Joshi, Charu Bora, Purva Goswami, Harshita Rana, Gulnaz, Surjit Singh, and Rohit Joshi shared their thoughts.

The program was attended by District Magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadauria, Champawat DM Manish Kumar, SSP, several public representatives, and a large number of youth participants.
