Dehradun, Nov 2025 : Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami released the second compilation book of government orders issued by the Industrial Development and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department at the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of Uttarakhand’s Silver Jubilee Year.
The Chief Minister stated that the Industrial Development and MSME Department plays a vital role in promoting industrial growth and employment generation in the state. He added that this compilation will help simplify the process of policy formulation, making governance more transparent and efficient.
According to him, the book will not only serve as an important reference for future policymaking, but will also prove to be extremely useful for activities such as investment proposals and investor meetings held to attract new industries to the state.
The Chief Minister appreciated the Industrial Development Department for publishing this second edition of the compilation, calling it a commendable effort.
He also expressed hope that the publication will benefit young entrepreneurs and job seekers in Uttarakhand by providing them with access to relevant policies and guidelines. This, he said, would encourage more youth to take up self-employment opportunities and contribute to the state’s industrial progress.
On this occasion, Secretary (Industries) Vinay Shankar Pandey, Director General (Industries) Saurav Geharwar, and other senior departmental officers were present.
