Mizoram Secretariat Service Association (MSSA) 20th General Conference

Aizawl, Nov 2025: The Mizoram Secretariat Service Association (MSSA) held its General Conference today, 20.11.2025 (Thursday). The event was graced by Pu C. Lalsawivunga, Hon’ble Minister for AH & Veterinary, etc., as the Chief Guest.

The 20th MSSA General Conference was held at Woodland Hills. The conference was conducted in three sessions and was chaired by MSSA President, Pi Betsy Zothanpari Sailo, along with the Secretary of IPRP&S. A condolence service was also held for two MSSA members who had passed away. The event included member interaction, discussions, and the election of new office-bearers. A fellowship dinner followed at the end of the programme.

Chief Guest Pu C. Lalsawivunga, in his address, stated that MSSA members are an essential backbone of the government. He urged them to continue working with dedication and integrity for the development of the state and its people. He highlighted that MSSA members possess deep knowledge of government rules and procedures and play a vital role in ensuring good governance. He also encouraged them to maintain Christian ethics in their work and to serve others with sincerity, honesty, and humility. He acknowledged and appreciated the contributions the Association has made to the functioning of the government.

MSSA currently has 261 members, and the conference was noted to be highly successful.
