CM Revanth Reddy Reviews Preparations for Telangana Rising Global Summit; Event to Showcase Two Years of Governance and Vision 2047

Hyderabad, Nov 2025 : Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday conducted an on-ground review of the arrangements for the Telangana Rising Global Summit, scheduled to be held on December 8 and 9 at the expansive Bharat Future City in Hyderabad. The Chief Minister inspected the venue and emphasized that every aspect of the upcoming summit must reflect international standards, given the presence of global diplomats, ambassadors, industry leaders, and investors.

During his visit, Revanth Reddy instructed senior officials to ensure that every delegate attending the two-day summit experiences seamless coordination, hospitality, and security. He reiterated that foreign representatives should not face any inconvenience at any stage—whether during entry, participation, navigation within the venue, or while attending meetings and presentations.

Strict Security Measures Ordered

Highlighting the high-profile nature of the summit, the Chief Minister directed the police to put in place a foolproof security grid, stating that no individual without authorised passes should be permitted entry into the venue. He stressed that the arrangements must be appropriate for an event that would host prominent global stakeholders.

He further asked the police to organize dedicated parking zones, issue clear traffic movement plans, and provide essential facilities for security personnel deployed at the summit. “Security and discipline are paramount. No unauthorised individual should gain access under any circumstances,” he said.

Special Arrangements for Media and Delegates

Understanding the large-scale media presence expected at the summit, the Chief Minister also instructed officials to set up a fully-equipped media centre with proper seating, connectivity, and technical support to ensure smooth coverage. He noted that both national and international media houses would be attending the event, and arrangements must reflect Telangana’s professionalism.

Summit to Mark Two Years of ‘People’s Government’

At a preparatory meeting held on Saturday with officers of the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana Rising Global Summit must also symbolize the successful completion of two years of the ‘People’s Government’. In this regard, he asked officials to erect a grand stage at Future City and set up large-scale exhibitions and installations that visually highlight the government’s achievements across sectors.

The Chief Minister further stressed the need to present Telangana’s transformational progress in a manner that resonates with both citizens and international investors. “The summit should act as a festival of global standards, showcasing the strength of Telangana and inspiring confidence among global investors,” he said.

Release of Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document

The second day of the summit, on December 9, will witness the launch of the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document, which outlines the long-term developmental roadmap for the state. This document will focus on economic aspirations, infrastructure expansion, social sector reforms, and the vision of making Telangana a $3 trillion economy by the year 2047.

The document has been drafted after extensive consultations with experts from diverse sectors. Revanth Reddy said that final refinements would be made after incorporating feedback obtained through review meetings scheduled to commence on November 25. These reviews will involve each department whose strategies and performance will shape the state’s 2047 vision.

Industrial Policy and Investor Engagement

According to the CMO, the summit will host round table conferences and focused discussions to showcase Telangana’s investor-friendly policies, progressive governance model, and the priority given to high-value sectors. Officials have been directed to prepare audio-visual presentations, sectoral reports, and detailed PowerPoint presentations to attract global investors and highlight Telangana’s competitive advantages.

The state government will also invite leading industrialists, innovators, academicians, and top business delegations from India and abroad to participate in the summit. Revanth Reddy noted that every department must work in coordination to ensure that the event effectively portrays Telangana as a preferred global investment destination.

Departmental Reviews and Future Roadmap

The Chief Minister reiterated that the summit is not merely an event but a defining moment for Telangana’s future trajectory. He directed each department to set clear and measurable future goals, conduct in-depth studies, and contribute actively to the Telangana Rising 2047 agenda.

He said a special review will focus not only on the Global Summit preparations but also on the progress made during the first two years of governance, and the role of departments in implementing the Vision 2047 framework.

Finalisation of Vision Document

The Chief Minister confirmed that the draft Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document has already been prepared after incorporating suggestions from specialists across fields. The final version will integrate all refined recommendations gathered through departmental reviews and expert consultations to ensure the document is comprehensive and forward-looking.
