Jaipur Collector Honors 95 BLOs for Outstanding Digitization Work

Jaipur, Nov 2025 — District Election Officer Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni felicitated 95 Booth Level Officers (BLOs) for their exemplary performance in the digitization of enumeration forms under the Special Summary Revision programme.

The awardees include differently-abled BLOs, first-time appointees, BLOs nearing retirement, and officers who achieved their targets despite geographical, physical, emotional, or resource-related challenges. Many BLOs set an example by achieving 100% digitization even in areas with no internet connectivity.

During his interaction with the BLOs, Dr. Soni highly appreciated their dedication and said their commitment is an inspiration for the entire district. He urged them to share their experience, energy, and skills with fellow BLOs to strengthen the pace and effectiveness of the revision campaign across Jaipur.

Deputy District Election Officer Shri Meghraj Meena informed that the honoured BLOs included:
– 23 from Chaksu constituency
– 17 from Bassi
– 16 from Amer
– 10 from Shahpura
– 9 from Jhotwara
– 7 from Dudu
– 6 from Jamwa Ramgarh
– 4 from Bagru
– 1 each from Chomu, Phulera, and Vidhyadhar Nagar
Last week as well, four BLOs achieving 100% digitization were honoured by the District Election Officer.

He said that enumeration work under the Special Summary Revision is progressing in Jaipur district, with continuous monitoring by Dr. Soni. So far, 30,75,806 forms—more than 63.77%—have been digitized.

– Chaksu: 1,86,198
– Dudu: 2,05,869
– Phulera: 2,03,858
– Amer: 2,26,410
– Jamwa Ramgarh: 1,77,526
– Hawa Mahal: 1,59,273

– Adarsh Nagar: 1,50,658
– Jhotwara: 2,48,346
– Bagru: 2,04,271
– Civil Lines: 1,28,706
– Malviya Nagar: 1,15,472
– Sanganer: 1,80,685
– Vidhyadhar Nagar: 1,73,749 digitized forms.

He also shared that the Election Commission of India has introduced a new feature to search names in the voter list using basic information, making it easier for voters to verify their details and fill enumeration forms. Online submission options have also been made available. Voters can fill their forms online by visiting the official portal or scanning the provided QR code.

The District Election Officer appealed to all voters to fill their own and their family members’ enumeration forms online to support the campaign. Among all constituencies, Shahpura has achieved the highest digitization rate at 82.62%, securing the first position in the district.
