Training Programme of Students of Government Vocational Higher Secondary Schools Concluded
Bhubaneswar, December 2025 : The five-day skill development training programme for Class XII students of Government Vocational Higher Secondary Schools and for the teachers of IT-ITeS and Electronics and Hardware (E & H) trades was concluded today. This training programme was organised at CTTC and the World Skill Centre (WSC). The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education under the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha organised this training.

At the valedictory programme at CTTC, Joint Director of the Directorate Smt. C. H. Bijayalakshmi, Deputy Director Shri Jitendra Nayak, Senior Manager (Training) K. M. Rajan and others were present, while at the World Skill Centre, Deputy Director of the Directorate Shri Madhusudan Mallik, COO of the Skill Centre Shri Pinaki Pattanayak, Deputy Director Ms. Sasmita Sahu, Deputy Director Shri Jitendra Nayak and Principal of the World Skill Centre Shri T. Thambi Raja and others were present.
It is worth mentioning that at the CTTC training, 102 students from eight districts—Balangir, Ganjam, Gajapati, Jajpur, Cuttack, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Jagatsinghpur—participated, while at the World Skill Centre, 71 students from six districts—Balangir, Balasore, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak and Kendrapada—took part.
