Assembly Speaker Inspects Construction Work of Satellite Hospital

Jaipur, December 2025 : Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Shri Vasudev Devnani on Sunday inspected the under-construction Satellite Hospital building located at Kotda in Ajmer and reviewed the progress of the work.

During the inspection, Shri Devnani visited various sections of the construction site and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials and the construction agency. He directed that the boundary wall of the hospital परिसर be identified and constructed on a priority basis and that the entire project be completed within the stipulated time frame.

He stressed that the use of high-quality construction materials must be ensured under all circumstances so that the hospital building remains safe, strong, and suitable for long-term use. He also instructed officials to present a detailed plan keeping in mind the future requirements related to the hospital infrastructure.

The Assembly Speaker said that the construction of the Satellite Hospital will enable the local population to access modern and easily available healthcare services. He also directed that proper resting facilities should be arranged for patients and their attendants, keeping their convenience in mind.

He further instructed officials to conduct regular monitoring of the construction work and ensure immediate corrective action in case of any negligence or delay. This, he said, would help in dedicating the hospital to the public at the earliest.

During the inspection, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr Jyotsna Ranga, NHM Ajmer Executive Engineer Shri C. P. Sanchaiti, and construction agency representative Rajendra Kumar were also present.
