Traditional Chhattisgarhi and Tribal Cuisine Competition Organized at Dandami Luxury Resort, Chitrakote, Bastar

Raipur, December 2025 : On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee Year of Chhattisgarh’s state formation, the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board has launched a series of special activities to promote the state’s culture and tourism. As part of this series, a unique Traditional Chhattisgarhi and Tribal Cuisine Competition will be organized on 09 December 2025 at Dandami Luxury Resort, Chitrakote, Bastar.

This competition presents an important opportunity to highlight the state’s rich cultural heritage and diverse tribal culinary traditions. Participants aged 18 and above from any part of India can take part in the event. Through this competition, local cuisine, Chhattisgarhi and tribal culture, and Chhattisgarh tourism will receive a new boost and wider recognition.
