Rajasthan Govt Celebrates 2nd Anniversary with Innovation Day & Startup Conclave
Jaipur, Dec 2025 : As part of the celebrations marking the completion of two years of the state government, an ‘Innovation Day–Startups Conclave’ will be held on Friday, Dec 12, at the Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur. Under the chief patronage of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, 333 selected startups will receive funding of ₹10.79 crore at the event.
The main attraction of the conclave will be a startup exhibition, where entrepreneurs from across the state will showcase their innovative products and services. Successful startup founders will also share their experiences. On this occasion, the Rajasthan Digifest Hackathon will be inaugurated. The Minister of Information Technology and Communication, Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore, will also attend the program.
Mentoring and funding through iStart:
Under Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma’s leadership, the state government has been actively strengthening the startup ecosystem, fostering innovation, and empowering young entrepreneurs with confidence and energy. Over the past two years, numerous startups have received mentoring, support, and funding through iStart, positioning Rajasthan as a leading startup hub in India. Innovation Day aims to inspire thousands of young entrepreneurs and signal that Rajasthan is now a state of innovation and startups.
Chief Minister to Flag Off 50 Development Rathas:
Shri Bhajanlal Sharma will flag off 50 Development Rathas from Harishchandra Mathur Rajasthan Institute of Public Administration. These Rathas will reach all 200 assembly constituencies, with district in-charge ministers flagging them off from district headquarters. Through these Rathas, information about the government’s welfare schemes, two years of development achievements, and policy reforms will be communicated to the public via audio-visual media effectively and accessibly.
During this initiative, the state government’s achievements over the past two years will be highlighted, including infrastructure development, social security systems, education and health reforms, women and youth empowerment, agricultural progress, industrial growth, and good governance measures.
The programs celebrating the state government’s second anniversary serve as a strong medium to convey achievements to the public and strengthen accountable dialogue between the government and citizens. The Development Rathas will create widespread awareness in urban and rural areas, ensuring maximum outreach of government initiatives and schemes.
