Public Enjoys Rajasthan’s Glorious Folk Dances and Music at State-Level Exhibition and Cultural Evening
Jaipur, December 2025 : On the second day of the four-day state-level exhibition “Nav Utthan, Nayi Pehchan – Badhata Rajasthan, Hamara Rajasthan”, being organised by the Information and Public Relations Department at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur, a large number of visitors once again toured the stalls of various departments and gathered information about the state government’s policies, schemes, achievements and innovations.
During the exhibition, the cultural evening captivated the audience with vibrant dance and folk music performances. A team from the Jaipur Kathak Kendra, presented by the Rajasthan Tourism Department, enthralled the gathering with outstanding performances. Traditional Rajasthani dances such as Ghoomar, Chari, Kalbelia, and Kachhi Ghodi, along with enchanting folk music performances by Mamta Sapera using instruments like Morchang and Khartal, filled the JKK परिसर with the rich cultural pride of the state.
Senior officers of the Information and Public Relations Department and other departments, staff members, and a large number of citizens were present during the cultural evening.
