Maa Narmada’s blessings are bringing continuous prosperity to State: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, both the nation and the state are witnessing rapid development. He stated that the growth rate of agricultural development in Madhya Pradesh is steadily increasing and that the state government is observing the current year as the Farmer Welfare Year.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Narmada River is the lifeline of Madhya Pradesh. With the blessings of Maa Narmada, the state is steadily progressing towards greater prosperity, with agricultural production showing sustained growth.

On the occasion of the New Year, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited Rajrajeshwari Tripur Sundari Temple, located on the banks of the Narmada River at Mortakka in Khandwa district, where he offered prayers along with his family on Thursday. He also extended New Year greetings to the citizens present on the occasion. The Chief Minister appreciated the social service activities being carried out by the Rajrajeshwari Seva Bharti Nyas at Mortakka. He inspected the Maternal and Child Health Centre being operated under the Malnutrition-Free India Campaign initiated by the trust and distributed nutritional supplements to pregnant and lactating women. He interacted with the women present and gathered information about the facilities available at the centre. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also reviewed the under-construction building of the Vedic school being developed by the trust. He performed Kanya Pujan during the programme and presented gifts to the girls.

Khandwa MLA Smt. Kanchan Mukesh Tanve, Mandhata MLA Shri Narayan Patel, Khandwa Mayor Smt. Amrita Amar Yadav, Inspector General of Police Shri Anurag, Collector Shri Rishav Gupta, Superintendent of Police Shri Manoj Kumar Rai, along with other officials and public representatives, were also present at the event.
