Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav released the Madhya Pradesh Government Calendar for 2026 on Thursday, January 1. The calendar of ‘Kisan Kalyan Varsh 2026’ is published on the central theme of ‘Samridhh Kisan – Samridhh Pradesh’.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav appreciated the calendar for its vibrant, attractive design and rich thematic content. He said that the printed format of the government diary would be useful for officers, employees, and citizens of the state alike. The state government calendar for 2026, corresponding to Vikram Samvat 082–83 and Shaka Samvat 1947–48, features visual depictions across its 12 monthly pages highlighting major state events, achievements, and future goals. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also released the Government Diary, Sheet Calendar, and Notebook for 2026.

The calendar release ceremony, held at the Chief Minister’s residence, was attended by the Commissioner, Public Relations, Shri Deepak Saxena and Controller, Government Printing Press, Shri Chandrashekhar Walimbe.

The January 2026 page of the government calendar features an image from the Bhoomi Poojan of the Integrated Mega Textile Park – PM MITRA Park, Dhar, showcasing the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. The February page reflects the vision ‘New momentum for dairy farmers—Madhya Pradesh to become a milk capital’. It includes an image from the state-level cooperative conference held in the presence of Union Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, marking the execution of a cooperative agreement between the National Dairy Development Board and the state government. The image also shows Chief Minister Dr. Yadav presenting an idol of Lord Shri Ram to Shri Shah.

The March page depicts Chief Minister Dr. Yadav celebrating the spirit of the Holika festival in a tribal setting with traditional musical instruments, symbolising the government’s commitment to honouring and recognising tribal communities.

The April 2026 page highlights ‘An unbroken stream of prosperity – the river linking project’. It features the exchange of the MoU between the governments of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra for the Tapi Basin Mega Recharge Project, in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The May page reflects the Chief Minister’s commitment to encouraging women’s participation in agriculture, showcasing activities of women self-help groups in Madhya Pradesh as a model of women’s empowerment.

To enhance farmers’ income, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav consistently motivates cultivators to adopt allied activities such as horticulture, animal husbandry, and fisheries alongside farming. In this context, the June 2026 page features an image from the state-level Nishad Raj Conference chaired by the Chief Minister, reflecting the state government’s commitment to the dignity, welfare, and empowerment of the fishing community.

The July 2026 page highlights the expansion of irrigation capacity as a gateway to agricultural prosperity, depicting Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurating the construction of the Bahoriband Lift Micro Irrigation Project, with an investment of ₹1,011 crore, which will extend irrigation facilities to over 32,000 hectares. The August 2026 page is dedicated to the Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign, themed ‘A secure future through collective water conservation’. It depicts the Chief Minister performing Bhoomi Poojan and the inauguration of water conservation works and motivating citizens to conserve water.

The September 2026 page reflects the goal of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana—’Housing for All, Development for All’. It shows Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav handing over house keys to a beneficiary from Jabalpur District Panchayat under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Awas Yojana.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the state government stands with farmers in every hardship with empathy and support. This sentiment is reflected on the October 2026 page themed ‘Government Support for the Food Providers’, depicting the Chief Minister assuring all possible assistance to a farmer distressed by crop damage caused by adverse weather conditions.

The November 2026 page highlights ‘The role of the Swadeshi movement in national progress and prosperity’, showcasing the Chief Minister’s efforts to encourage artisans and craftsmen. Continuing this sequence, the December 2026 page focuses on the Bhavantar Scheme, which aims to ensure remunerative prices for farmers’ produce. It features an image of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav transferring the differential amount directly into farmers’ bank accounts under the scheme.
