Lucknow, January 2026 : The Chief Minister’s Office has released the December rankings of the Chief Minister’s Dashboard. In the Development and Revenue categories, Bareilly secured the first position, while Lakhimpur Kheri and Shahjahanpur earned the second position jointly with equal scores. Sonbhadra ranked fourth. The CM Dashboard rankings are issued to assess the implementation of basic infrastructure development, public welfare schemes and government projects across districts in the state.

Bareilly Tops with 9.27 out of 10 Points
The District Magistrate of Bareilly said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, basic amenities, public welfare schemes and government projects are being implemented on priority in the district. Regular meetings and close monitoring with district officials are conducted to ensure effective execution. As a result, Bareilly secured the top position across the state in the December CM Dashboard rankings, scoring 9.27 out of 10 points in Development and Revenue.

Lakhimpur Kheri Secures Second Position with 9.26 Points
Lakhimpur Kheri District Magistrate Durga Shakti Nagpal said that government schemes are being completed in a timely and quality manner under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. This consistent performance helped the district secure second position statewide in the December rankings, with a score of 9.26 out of 10 in Development and Revenue. According to the CM Dashboard data, the district ranked first in the state in infrastructure development, implementation of public welfare schemes and execution of government projects, while the Revenue Department also performed strongly, earning second place statewide. In addition, Lakhimpur Kheri has ranked first in the Lucknow division’s IGRS rankings for four consecutive months. Timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints registered on the IGRS portal, along with close monitoring of public hearings and online feedback, has placed the district at the top within the Lucknow division.

Sonbhadra Fourth, Shravasti Fifth
The District Magistrate of Shahjahanpur said that schemes are being implemented on priority in the district, which has resulted in Shahjahanpur securing joint second position statewide in the December CM Dashboard rankings. Shahjahanpur scored 9.26 out of 10 points, the same as Lakhimpur Kheri, placing both districts at the second spot. Sonbhadra secured fourth position with 9.19 points out of 10, while Shravasti ranked fifth with 9.13 points.
