Army Day Parade in Jaipur: Entry Only with Free Pass via sso.rajasthan.gov.in
Jaipur, Jan 2026: For the first time, Jaipur’s Mahala Road in Jagatpura will host the Army Day Parade on January 15, with a full-dress rehearsal on January 13. The parade will showcase the discipline, bravery, valor, and gallantry of the Indian Army.
Issuing guidelines related to the parade, Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal appealed to the public not to come to the parade venue without a pass. He made it clear that no spectator will be allowed entry without a valid pass under any circumstances.
The Police Commissioner said that entry will only be granted through passes, which can be obtained free of cost by logging in at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. However, passes are limited due to seating arrangements, and one pass permits entry for only one person. Spectators must carry a valid ID along with the pass.
For security reasons, no weapons, flammable items, matches, or similar objects will be allowed inside. Spectators are instructed to reach their designated seats/areas by 8:00 AM, and entry will be completely closed after 8:30 AM.
The Police Commissioner added that lists of all blocks, block maps, in-charge officers, parking areas, and access routes have been made available. In case of any difficulty, spectators can contact the respective in-charge officers.
He further stated that the Army Day Parade will be broadcast live in all village panchayats across the state. Urging the public to cooperate for a secure and successful event, he requested citizens to enjoy this historic moment peacefully and orderly. Any suspicious activity should be immediately reported to 100/112 or 7300363636.
The press conference was attended by Special Police Commissioner Rahul Prakash, Additional Police Commissioner (Law & Order) Dr. Rajiv Pachaar, Additional Police Commissioner (Administration & Traffic) Yogesh Dadheech, and Deputy Traffic Commissioner Sumit Mehrda.
