MoU Signed between Madhya Pradesh and DP World in presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday in Davos between the Government of Madhya Pradesh and DP World, a leading global logistics and supply chain company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

On behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi signed the MoU, while Shri Anil Mohta, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance and Business Development Officer, signed on behalf of DP World. DP World Group Chairman Shri Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem was also present on the occasion.

The MoU reflects a shared commitment to industrial development and investment cooperation, with the potential to provide new momentum to logistics, infrastructure, and commercial activities in the state. Under the agreement, DP World has expressed its willingness to explore investment and collaboration opportunities in Madhya Pradesh, a move considered crucial for integrating the state into national and global supply chain networks.

Addressing the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav outlined the state’s progressive industrial policies, investor-friendly environment, and robust infrastructure, highlighting Madhya Pradesh’s readiness to support large-scale logistics and trade initiatives.

Senior officials from both sides were present during the formal exchange of documents. This MoU is expected to be a significant step toward positioning Madhya Pradesh as a strong hub for logistics and trade in the years ahead, aligned with the deliberations at the World Economic Forum.
