Naidu, Pawan Kalyan Call for Youth-Led Future on International Youth Day

Amaravati, Aug 2026 : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday reaffirmed his government’s commitment to creating greater opportunities for young people and building a future in which the youth can pursue their aspirations with confidence and freedom.

In a message marking International Youth Day, Naidu described young people as the “energy”, “strength” and “hope” of the nation, stressing that government policies and development initiatives should ultimately help create better opportunities for the next generation.

“You are our energy. You are our strength. You are the hope and promise of tomorrow,” Naidu said in a post on X.

The Chief Minister said his government was committed to creating an environment where every young person has the freedom, confidence and opportunity to choose their own path and build the life they aspire to.

He said the decisions being taken today were aimed at ensuring a stronger future for the youth, with greater opportunities, freedom to dream and the necessary support to turn their ambitions into reality.

Naidu also called upon young people to participate actively in shaping the future, saying that the development of the state and the country required their involvement, ideas and aspirations.

Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan also extended his greetings to young people on the occasion. He said the youth were not merely the future of Bharat but were already playing a crucial role in shaping the country's present.

“Youth are not just the future of Bharat. They are the energy, courage and imagination shaping its present,” Pawan Kalyan said.

He paid tribute to young people who challenge conventional thinking, pursue ambitious ideas and transform their vision into action. According to him, young people equipped with knowledge, courage and strong character have the ability to bring meaningful change to their families, communities and the nation.

Pawan Kalyan highlighted innovation, creativity and purposeful action as key drivers of national development. He said every new idea, innovation and courageous initiative could contribute to building a stronger and more progressive India.

Addressing the country's youth, he urged them to “dream boldly, learn continuously and create fearlessly”, while standing firmly for what they believe is right.

He described talent as the strength of young people and their ideas and determination as powerful forces capable of shaping the nation's future.

Both leaders emphasised the importance of empowering the younger generation and encouraging them to take an active role in India's development. Their messages on International Youth Day focused on opportunity, innovation, confidence and responsibility, while urging young people to become agents of change rather than waiting for change to happen.
