State Government Committed to Employees’ Welfare and Promotions: CM Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the promotion process for government officers and employees in Madhya Pradesh will no longer remain stalled. Promotions will now be carried out regularly every year. Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs) are set to begin this year across all departments, and all eligible employees will receive the benefit of promotion.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is progressing rapidly. Transparent decision-making and firm resolve are the pillars of good governance. The State Government remains committed to taking all welfare-oriented decisions in the interest of its employees. He also extended greetings and best wishes to women employees on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The Chief Minister was addressing a felicitation ceremony organised at Mantralaya. Ministry officers and employees felicitated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav in appreciation of the employee-friendly decisions taken by his government. On the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also honoured international karate player Ms. Jagruti Patel and Vikram Award winner Ms. Anjali Verma.

Employees’ Welfare Remains a Priority

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the happiness of employees after receiving a promotion is clearly visible on their faces. Employees have made a significant contribution to the State’s growing journey of development and public welfare. The State Government is committed to providing employees with all due salaries, allowances and promotions to boost their morale. The Chief Minister said, “These are the rights of employees. Such benefits bring renewed energy to them and happiness to their families.” He added that the State Government is committed to providing all benefits to employees on time, as a decision delayed is, in a sense, equivalent to injustice. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said, “The State Government has taken decisions by connecting its emotions with the welfare and promotions of employees.”

MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is concerned not only about employees’ salaries and allowances but also about their housing needs. He said that the Chief Minister has taken public-oriented decisions for farmers, the poor, women, youth and all sections of society.

Programme organiser and coordinator Shri Subhash Verma expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister on behalf of the Mantralaya family. He said that December 13, 2023, marked a turning point for the State’s employees, as allowances pending since 2013 were released. Subsequently, in 2026, more than 1.25 lakh officers and employees across the State received promotions. Shri Verma said Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has taken several employee-friendly decisions during his tenure. He added that a strong administrative mechanism is essential for public welfare and that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is firmly committed to this objective.
