Recognition of Five Additional Centers for Preliminary Round of State Drama Competition

Mumbai: Cultural Affairs Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar has approved the recognition of five additional centers for the preliminary round of the Maharashtra State Amateur Marathi Drama Competition.

The number of centers for the preliminary round has been increased from 19 to 24. This decision comes after continuous efforts and follow-up by amateur artists’ organizations. On July 10, 2023, the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Mr. Mungantiwar, had made this commitment, which has now been fulfilled with the accreditation of the five additional centers.
