Utilization certificate of the previous budget received from the Government of India should be sent promptly so that the next budget can be received quickly – Director, ICDS

Jaipur : Under the chairmanship of Director Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Mr. O P Bunkar, a review meeting of the Directorate of ICDS was held on Thursday at the ICDS headquarters located in Jaipur.

The Director ICDS discussed the progress of the schemes related to their branches with the branch in-charges and gave necessary instructions.

Mr. Padamchand, the financial advisor of ICDS, informed Director O P Bunkar about various payments made by the department and the current budget status. In response, the Director instructed the accounts branch to investigate and resolve the issue of under-utilization of the budget allocated for March 2025.

Additionally, he directed that utilization certificates for the previous budget received from the Government of India, showing its use in various schemes, should be sent promptly so that the department can receive the next budget from the Government of India quickly.

The Director further instructed that along with providing the budget to the districts, its timely utilization should be ensured so that the targeted beneficiaries can be benefitted.
