Baramati, Jan 2026 : A plane carrying Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar crashed while attempting to land at Baramati airport on Wednesday morning, officials said. The aircraft reportedly caught fire after the crash, and early reports indicate multiple casualties, with investigations and rescue operations underway.
Six people, including Ajit Pawar, were killed in the accident.
