CM Yogi visits BLW, conducts on-site inspection of preparations for the Prime Minister’s proposed program
Varanasi, April 2026 : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Varanasi on Tuesday on a two-day visit. In view of the Prime Minister’s proposed visit to Varanasi, the Chief Minister held a review meeting with senior administrative and police officials at the Circuit House.
Following the meeting, he offered prayers at ‘Kashi Kotwal’ Baba Kal Bhairav and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

While leaving after offering prayers at the Kal Bhairav Temple, the Chief Minister noticed a young girl sitting at a flower vendor’s shop. He affectionately interacted with her, and her elder sister also came forward. He spoke kindly to both, asked about their schooling, and blessed them to study well and build a bright future. During this time, he also interacted with the children’s family members.
Subsequently, the Chief Minister visited BLW and conducted an on-site inspection of the preparations for the Prime Minister’s proposed program, issuing necessary directions to the officials.
During the inspection, Labour and Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Stamp and Registration Ravindra Jaiswal, District Panchayat Chairperson Poonam Maurya, Mayor Ashok Tiwari, Legislative Council Members Hansraj Vishwakarma, Rai Dharmendra Singh, Ashwini Tyagi, MLAs Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari and Dr. Avdhesh Singh, and BJP Mahanagar President Pradeep Agrahari, among others, were present.
