Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Meets Injured in Dewas Accident After Arriving in Indore

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met citizens injured in the firecracker factory accident at Tonkkala in Dewas district and enquired about their treatment. He said that the state government is committed to providing every possible assistance to those affected by the incident.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Reaches Indore Directly from Delhi to Meet the Injured

Displaying sensitivity and concern, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav cancelled other scheduled programmes and travelled directly from New Delhi to Indore to meet the injured citizens admitted to hospitals for treatment.

After arriving from the airport, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav first visited Choithram Hospital, where he met citizens injured in the Dewas accident and issued necessary instructions to the doctors treating them. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also met the injured admitted to MY Hospital and enquired about their health condition. He later visited Amaltas Hospital and met citizens undergoing treatment there as well. He directed medical authorities to ensure proper treatment for all the injured. Other public representatives and administrative officials were also present on the occasion.

Soon after receiving information about the accident earlier in the day, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav had instructed the Dewas district administration to provide every possible assistance to the affected citizens. He had also directed officials from Delhi itself to ensure proper care for those undergoing treatment in Indore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed that financial assistance of ₹4 lakh each be provided by the Madhya Pradesh Government to the families of the deceased and that free treatment be ensured for all the injured.
