Chief Minister Helpline 1076 Complaint Resolved Promptly; LPG Connection Provided Under PM Ujjwala Scheme
Ambikapur, July 2026: The district administration is taking continuous action to ensure the prompt and effective resolution of complaints registered through the Chief Minister Helpline 1076. As part of these efforts, a complaint regarding the non-receipt of an LPG connection under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) was successfully investigated and resolved.
The complaint was filed by Mrs. Jageshwari Yadav, a resident of Narmadapur village in Mainpat development block, stating that she had not received an LPG connection under the PM Ujjwala Scheme. Upon receiving the complaint, the concerned officer visited Naitik Bharat Gas Gramin Distributor at Bijalhawa to conduct a detailed investigation. A spot inspection report (Panchnama) was prepared, and statements from the concerned individuals were recorded.
During the investigation, Mrs. Jageshwari Yadav was not present. Instead, her husband, Mr. Dayashankar Yadav, provided his statement and submitted his wife’s Aadhaar card. Verification of the Aadhaar details on the gas agency’s departmental server revealed that an LPG connection under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana had already been issued earlier against the registered consumer number.
After completing the required formalities, the LPG connection was handed over to Mr. Dayashankar Yadav on the spot, ensuring the immediate and satisfactory resolution of the complaint.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the Chief Minister Helpline 1076 has become an effective platform for the speedy resolution of citizens’ grievances. The state government is ensuring the timely disposal of complaints while enabling eligible beneficiaries to receive the benefits of various public welfare schemes.
