Multiple Development Works Launched in Lucknow North : Dr. Neeraj Bora
MLA Dr. Neeraj Bora Performs Groundbreaking Ceremonies
Lucknow, Feb 2026 : Several key development projects were launched in Lucknow North on Wednesday as local MLA Dr. Neeraj Bora performed groundbreaking ceremonies for infrastructure works aimed at improving connectivity, civic amenities, and overall quality of life in the region.

The first project was inaugurated with the foundation stone laying for the construction of a service lane from Tedhi Puliya Chauraha to Gudamba Police Station. This project is expected to significantly ease traffic movement, reduce congestion, and provide smoother access for daily commuters. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Bora said that development works in the constituency are being carried out in a planned and systematic manner. He emphasized that several projects are currently underway, while many others are in various stages of approval and execution.
Reiterating his commitment to the holistic development of the Lucknow North constituency, Dr. Bora stated that improving road infrastructure, drainage systems, and public facilities remains a top priority. “Our aim is to ensure that residents receive better civic amenities and a safer, more convenient living environment,” he said.
Following this, Dr. Bora inaugurated C.C. road and drainage construction works in Jugul Vihar Colony of Faizullaganj First Ward, covering the stretch from the house of Parasnath Gaur to Uday Pratap’s residence, extending further from Kamlesh Verma’s house to the embankment. This project is expected to address long-standing issues related to waterlogging and poor road conditions in the locality.
In another major initiative, the MLA laid the foundation stone for road and drain construction from the gate of SSJD School to Mishra Ji’s house in Faizullaganj Second Ward. Additionally, he inaugurated construction works related to a boundary wall at the cremation ground in Semra village, located within Faizullaganj First Ward, fulfilling an important community need.
Senior BJP leaders, party office-bearers, local representatives, and a large number of residents were present at the events. Among those in attendance were BJP Mandal presidents, councillor representatives, former councillors, party workers, and community members, who welcomed the initiatives and expressed optimism that the projects would bring lasting benefits to the area.
Local residents appreciated the commencement of long-pending development works and expressed confidence that these initiatives would improve infrastructure and civic facilities in Lucknow North. Dr. Bora assured the public that he would continue to monitor the progress of the projects closely to ensure timely and quality execution, reaffirming his resolve to drive sustained development across the constituency.
