Chief Secretary Reviews Preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Proposed Visit to Ajmer

Jaipur, February 2026 : In view of the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Ajmer, Chief Secretary Shri V. Srinivas on Monday reviewed the preparations at the State Secretariat.

While discussing the proposed inauguration and foundation-laying programmes scheduled during the Prime Minister’s visit, the Chief Secretary instructed the concerned departmental officers to work in close coordination with one another.

During the meeting, the Chief Secretary also reviewed the implementation status of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, various social security schemes, and the ‘One District One Product’ initiative. Issues related to the mining and labour sectors were also discussed.

In addition to officials from all departments, the meeting was attended by the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretaries, and Secretaries of the State Government.
