He said that Nav Samvatsar is a festival celebrated with great joy, marking the sacred moment that signifies the beginning of creation. Today, a new era and the Indian New Year have commenced. The Chief Minister said that in India, the calendar begins in harmony with creation, nature and the valour of the ruler. Samrat Vikramaditya defeated the Shakas, suppressed anarchic and oppressive elements of society, and freed his entire populace from debt.
