CM Hemant Soren Meets Delegations Ahead of Ram Navami, Urges Peaceful Celebrations

Ranchi, March 2026: Ahead of the upcoming Ram Navami festival, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met several delegations at his official residence on Kanke Road in Ranchi. The meetings were held in view of preparations for the grand celebrations scheduled on March 27, 2026.

Representatives from various committees and organizations called on the Chief Minister and extended invitations to participate in the grand Ram Navami procession along with his family. The Chief Minister warmly accepted all the invitations and conveyed his heartfelt greetings and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.

During the interaction, Chief Minister Soren emphasized that Ram Navami should be celebrated in an atmosphere of mutual respect, harmony, brotherhood, and peace. He underlined the importance of maintaining communal unity and ensuring that the festival becomes a symbol of social cohesion.

The Chief Minister also directed officials and committee members to remain vigilant against anti-social elements. He stressed that strict monitoring should be maintained to prevent any untoward incidents and to ensure that the entire festival is conducted smoothly in a peaceful and orderly manner.

Several prominent members from different Ram Navami committees were present during the meeting. These included Kunal Admani (President, Mahavir Mandal Mahanagar Committee), Pawan Bajaj (Patron), Badal Singh (Spokesperson), Sagar Verma (President, Central Committee), Nitesh Yadav (Minister), and former office-bearers Daya Singh Yadav and Satish Yadav. Representatives from Ram Navami Shringar Committee, Mahavir Chowk, including President Bablu Yadav and Minister Ajay Verma, were also present.

Members from Tapovan Mandir Nirvaranpur and Doranda Mahavir Mandal Committee, along with several other office-bearers and coordinators, attended the meeting. Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and Senior Superintendent of Police Rakesh Ranjan were also present on the occasion.

The meeting reflected the administration’s preparedness and collective efforts to ensure that Ram Navami is celebrated across the state in a peaceful, harmonious, and festive spirit.
