Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Mr. Ramesh Sinha inspected the Principal District and Sessions Court, Jashpur
Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Mr. Ramesh Sinha, who reached Jashpur, inspected the Taluka Court, Civil Court Bagicha and Principal District and Sessions Court Jashpur of District Jashpur and became aware of the problems of the officers and employees. After inspecting the Civil Court Bagicha, Chief Justice Mr. Sinha reached to inspect the Principal District and Sessions Court Jashpur. On reaching here, the Chief Justice was welcomed by the judicial officers, employees and advocates of the Principal District and Sessions Court Jashpur.
Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha inspected various sections built for the operation of the court of District and Sessions Court Jashpur, archives, computer server room, first aid clinic, store room, Kilkari room for children, family court, advocate room and other rooms and during the discussion with the officers, advocates and employees, he said that today I have come from Bilaspur covering a distance of about 400 kilometers to meet you people and to know your problems. He also said that by visiting the courts built in remote areas of Chhattisgarh, he is taking stock of the arrangements there, so that if there is any kind of deficiency there, it can be improved and the justice system can be made accessible to the common citizens. During the inspection of the Kilkari room, Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha talked to Mayank Yadav, a class 1 student present there and while giving him a gift, also took a photo with the said child. On this occasion, Principal District and Sessions Judge Shri Hirendra Singh Tekam was also present with the Chief Justice.
Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha said during the discussion with the advocates that he is coming here for the first time. The natural beauty of Jashpur district is naturally attractive, Jashpur district is the Kashmir of Chhattisgarh. Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha said that Chhattisgarh High Court has been digitalized to take the system of justice to remote areas so that advocates from any place can argue their case through video conferencing. Mobile apps have also been made for other facilities, through which the residents of remote areas and poor parties can also get benefits and save time and money.
Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha also inspected the court and all sections of the Civil Court Kunkuri of Jashpur district and made a courtesy call on the advocates. The Chief Justice expressed satisfaction over the maintenance and system of the said courts and encouraged the officers and employees to further improve the situation in order to make it better in the future.
During the inspection, Registrar General of High Court Chhattisgarh Bilaspur Mr. Balram Prasad Verma, Joint Registrar cum PPS Mr. M.V.L.N. Subrahmanyam, Protocol Officer Mr. R.S. Negi and Superintendent of Police Mr. Shashimohan Singh and other police officers, employees, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Abhishek Kumar, including other administrative officers and employees, Advocate Association President Mr. Bhagwat Narayan Singh and other advocates and judicial officers, administrative officers and employees of Principal District and Sessions Court Jashpur, Civil Court Kunkuri and Civil Court Bagicha were present.
