Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma Congratulates Prime Minister Shri Modi on His Successful Visit to America
Jaipur : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma extended his congratulations and best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on his return from a successful three-day visit to America. In his message, the Chief Minister highlighted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India is rising to new heights on the global stage. The Prime Minister is consistently working to make India a strong and prosperous nation and to foster robust relations with countries worldwide. This visit to America, in line with that goal, included participation in various conferences and meetings, as well as an address to the Indian expatriate community.
India’s Commitment to Global Peace Efforts
Shri Sharma noted that during the visit, the Prime Minister engaged in meaningful discussions with member countries at the Quad Summit, which will help pave the way for resolving many global challenges. He emphasized that the Prime Minister’s address at the ‘Summit of the Future’ conference at the United Nations General Assembly was a significant step toward resolving the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict in the Middle East, showcasing India’s dedication to global peace efforts. The Chief Minister also mentioned that various bilateral meetings between the Prime Minister and leaders such as the President of Ukraine, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, the President of Vietnam, and the Prime Minister of Nepal further strengthened India’s relations with these nations.
Strengthening India Through Defense and Technology Agreements
The Chief Minister highlighted that during this visit, the defense cooperation agreement between India and the US, including the acquisition of drones, will enhance the reconnaissance and intelligence-gathering capabilities of India’s forces. He added that the trip was also crucial for advancing technology, AI, quantum computing, and semiconductors, which will play a key role in India’s future emergence as a technological superpower. A semiconductor fabrication plant is also being set up in India as part of an agreement with the US.
Expatriates Enthralled by Prime Minister Modi’s Address
The Chief Minister remarked on the enthusiasm of the more than 13,000 Indian expatriates from around 40 states in America who gathered at the Nassau Coliseum to hear the Prime Minister’s inspiring speech. He noted that the Indian expatriate community is the largest in the world and that Prime Minister Modi is striving to build a global community that is always ready to support both their homeland and their host countries.
Shri Sharma concluded by saying that the Prime Minister’s important visit will further bolster India’s growing reputation as a global leader and strengthen the international community’s support for India.
