Chief Minister Shri Sai participated in Kalibari Durga Puja festival

On the occasion of Mahanavami festival today, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai prayed for the happiness, prosperity and well-being of the people of the state by visiting Maa Durga in the Durga Puja festival pandal decorated by Bengali Kalibari Committee at Kalibari Chowk in the capital Raipur. The Chief Minister also performed worship in the Mahakali temple located in the Kalibari premises as per rituals.

While addressing the program, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that today it is a great fortune that I have got the opportunity to participate in the Puja festival organized by the Bengali community on Durga Puja Navratri. This event is being organized by the Bengali community for a long time. Congratulations to all of you on Durga Puja Navratri. I pray to Mata Rani that there should be prosperity in Chhattisgarh and everyone should get her full blessings. The Chief Minister congratulated the Puja Committee for organizing the event. On this occasion, Revenue Minister Shri Verma, MLA Shri Rajesh Munat and Shri Purandar Mishra along with the members of Bengali Kalibari Committee and a large number of visitors were present.
