Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai invited to participate in the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev has received an invitation to attend the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition being held from 16 to 20 October in the capital Raipur. Forest department officials led by Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap met Shri Sai at his residence today and invited him for the inaugural function. Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated the officials for the successful organization and said that it is a matter of pride for Chhattisgarh to host this prestigious competition. On this occasion, the officials also presented him a sports kit. On this occasion, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief of Forest Force Shri V. Srinivas Rao, Additional PCCF Shri Sunil Mishra, Additional PCCF Shri Arun Pandey, Additional PCCF Smt. Sanjita Gupta, Chief Conservator of Forests Smt. Shalini Raina, CCF Shri Raju Agasimani were also present.
Nodal officer of the competition, Mrs. Shalini Raina (Chief Forest Conservator Human Resources and IT) said that this is a big and prestigious event dedicated to the protection of forests and wildlife, in which many participants from all over the country are going to participate. She said that more than 3 thousand participants from all over the country will participate in the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition in the capital. Officers and employees of the Forest Department are constantly working for the successful organization of this five-day competition.
It is noteworthy that the inauguration of the All India Forest Sports Competition to be held from 16 to 20 October in the capital Raipur will take place at the stadium located in Kota, the capital. Indian T-20 cricket team captain and cricketer Surya Kumar Yadav, famous among the youth as Sky, will participate in the program. Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker will also participate in the closing ceremony of the event. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has also released a video congratulating the forest service officers and employees from all over the country participating in the competition and sent best wishes to the organizer Forest Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.
