Bahraich victim’s family thanks Chief Minister for support
Lucknow : The family of late Ramgopal Mishra, who tragically lost his life in the unfortunate Bahraich incident recently, has expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
After meeting with the Chief Minister at his residence on Tuesday, Ramgopal’s brother, Kishan, stated, “We have received everything we needed from the Chief Minister, and the entire family is confident that justice will be served.”
Accompanied by Mahsi MLA Sureshwar Singh, Ramgopal Mishra’s parents, wife, and brother visited the Chief Minister’s official residence on Tuesday. The Chief Minister extended his condolences to the family and assured them that strict action would be taken against those responsible.
The Chief Minister also instructed authorities to provide immediate financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the bereaved family and to ensure they receive all government benefits, including housing, sanitation facilities, and Ayushman coverage.
Kishan Mishra, the cousin of the late Ram Gopal, expressed his satisfaction after meeting the Chief Minister. He shared that CM Yogi Adityanath had assured them of strict action against the perpetrators.
The Chief Minister also pledged financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh, along with provisions for housing and sanitation. “We are satisfied with the assurances given,” Kishan said.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also addressed the matter on his social media platform ‘X.’ He wrote, “Met the bereaved family of the young man who lost his life in the tragic incident in Bahraich district, in Lucknow today. In this time of sorrow, the Uttar Pradesh government stands firmly with the victim’s family, with full sensitivity and commitment. Rest assured, ensuring justice for the family is the state’s top priority. The culprits of this deeply condemnable and unforgivable act will face the strictest consequences.”
