Encouraging presence of Chief Minister at ‘Kutch Business Excellence Award-2.0’ ceremony in Ahmedabad
The popular publication “Kutchmitra,” managed by the Saurashtra Trust, along with the esteemed industrial organization Federation of Kutch Industries Association (FOKIA), organized the “Kutch Business Excellence Award – 2.0” ceremony on Tuesday at the Golden Glory Hall of the Karnavati Club on S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad. The event took place in the encouraging presence of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel. Also present were the state’s Minister of Industries, Mr. Balvant Singh Rajput, and the Minister of State for Home, Mr. Harshbhai Sanghvi.
During the Business Excellence Award – 2.0 ceremony organized by Kutch Mitra and FOKIA, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel, along with the state’s Minister of Industries Mr. Balvant Singh Rajput and Minister of State for Home Mr. Harshbhai Sanghvi, presented over 80 awards across various categories.
At the award ceremony, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel remarked on the commendable service activities conducted by Kutch Mitra and the Federation of Kutch Industries Association in Kutch district. He noted that for the past 78 years, Kutch Mitra has served as a guiding light in journalism and has undertaken numerous special initiatives to enhance the image of Kutch.
Mr. Bhupendra Patel mentioned that Mr. Narendra Modi recently celebrated 23 years of successful governance. During these 23 years, he has transformed numerous challenges into opportunities for the progressive development of Gujarat. Whether it was rebuilding Kutch after the earthquake or ensuring development across all sectors in Gujarat, every task has been successfully completed under Mr. Narendra Modi’s leadership.
He further stated that under Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s guidance, Kutch has been given new direction in its agriculture and land. With the initiation of the Rann Utsav in the sandy desert of Kutch, people from all over the world are now coming to witness this festival. The world’s largest solar park is also being established in Kutch, propelling the district forward at a rapid pace.
While discussing the vision of a developed India, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel added that Gujarat will play a significant role in fulfilling Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a developed nation by the year 2047.
On this occasion, the state’s Minister of Industries, Mr. Balvant Singh Rajput, noted that Kutch Mitra and FOKIA have been actively involved in commendable work for the citizens of Kutch district, which has served as an inspiration for society.
While discussing the development of Kutch, Mr. Balvant Singh Rajput mentioned that it has progressed under the leadership of the then Chief Minister and current Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Today, various types of development are taking place in Kutch. He added that Gujarat is India’s growth engine, and Kutch is the growth engine of Gujarat.
Minister of State for Home Mr. Harshbhai Sanghvi remarked that Kutch district is surrounded by a natural triangle formed by the sea, mountains, and the desert. This is why every citizen of Kutch has embraced challenges and achieved success through every struggle.
He further mentioned that the journey from struggle to success for both Gujarat and Kutch began simultaneously. After the earthquake, there was a time when people advised bringing a water bottle while visiting Kutch; today, people from around the world are coming to see Kutch.
Minister of State for Home Mr. Harshbhai Sanghvi congratulated Kutch Mitra for its commendable service activities in Kutch district, emphasizing the excellent community service undertaken through various initiatives by the Kutch Mitra group.
It is noteworthy that during this award ceremony, categories included Lifetime Achievement Award, Kutch Global Icon, Young Entrepreneur, Kutch NRI Icon, Emerging Global Icon, and Woman Entrepreneur, along with awards in categories like Business Growth Drive to encourage fast-developing industries and Corporate Social Drive for contributions in the social sector, as well as Kutch Citizen Maker for contributions to smooth transformation in Kutch.
