CM Yogi condoles death of former minister Kiranpal Singh

Lucknow : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Monday, expressed his condolences on the passing of former Uttar Pradesh minister Kiranpal Singh.

Kiranpal Singh previously served as the Basic Education Minister in the UP government and was currently associated with the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD), holding the position of National Secretary.

In a post on his social media account ‘X’, CM Yogi extended his sympathies to the grieving family and offered prayers for the peace of the departed soul.

Kiranpal Singh, a resident of Dhameda Kirat village in Bulandshahr, had been unwell for an extended period. He passed away in a Meerut hospital on Monday.

Kiranpal Singh served as a five-time MLA from the Agota seat in Bulandshahr and was currently the national secretary of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD).
