Addressing concerns of those seeking financial assistance for medical treatment, Yogi emphasized that lack of funds would not be a hinderance. He said that adequate financial assistance would be provided for treatment through the Chief Minister Discretionary Fund.

CM Yogi performs ‘Gausewa’, feeds ducks

During his stay at Gorakhnath Temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath followed his traditional routine. On Monday morning, after offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath and paying respects at the Samadhi Sthal of his Guru, Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath, CM Yogi toured the temple premises and visited the Gaushala.

At the Gaushala, the Chief Minister engaged in Gauseva. He pampered Bhavani and Bholu, two Nadipathi miniature breed cows (an improved breed of the Punganur variety) brought to the temple from a Gaushala in Yeleswaram, Andhra Pradesh, in September. CM Yogi fed them ‘Barseem’ fodder with his own hands.

The Chief Minister also showed affection for the other cows, feeding them jaggery and instructing Gaushala workers on their proper care. While touring the temple grounds, CM Yogi reached Bhim Sarovar, where he fed fodder to a group of ducks.
