Jaipur : In the presence of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Friday at the Chief Minister’s residence between Rajasthan Police and the State Bank of India (SBI) for the ‘Rajasthan Police Salary Package.’ Shri Sharma stated that this MoU would be a significant step toward the welfare of police personnel and their families. He assured that the state government would continue to take necessary steps for the betterment of Rajasthan Police personnel in the future.

In the presence of the Chief Minister, the MoU was signed by Dr. Prashakha Mathur, Additional Director General of Police (Planning), and Smt. Ritu Gaur, General Manager, Network-I, SBI. The benefits provided under the new salary package introduced through this MoU are significantly higher than the previously available benefits. These benefits will be available to both police personnel and ministerial staff working in Rajasthan Police.

Smt. Ritu Gaur announced that SBI would contribute ₹20 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and ₹30 lakh to the Rajasthan Police Welfare Fund as part of its commitment.

Highlights of the New Package

As per the new MoU, police and ministerial staff working in Rajasthan Police will be entitled to the following benefits:
