All Computerised Reservation Offices over Kolkata and Howrah area will function in the first shift only from 8.00 hours to 14.00 hours on 03.02.2025 (Monday) and remain closed in the 2nd shift from 14:00 hours to 20:00 hours on the occasion of Saraswati Puja.

However, Non–Reservation Current Booking Counters at Howrah, Sealdah and Kolkata Stations would function as usual.
