Unveiling of Late Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa’s Statue: Serving the People is Our Mission – CM Bhajanlal Sharma

Jaipur : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that the state government is dedicated to serving the people, working tirelessly for the upliftment of youth, farmers, women, and the underprivileged. With a commitment to development and service, the government is ensuring the well-being and progress of every individual and community.

Addressing a large gathering at the unveiling ceremony of the statue of Late Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa in Kuchaman City, CM Sharma paid tribute to the former sarpanch and social worker, highlighting that Didwana-Kuchaman is a land of saints and social reformers. He praised Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa’s lifelong dedication to public service and the Narayan Nar Seva Sansthan, which continues to play a crucial role in social welfare.

Government’s Commitment to Farmers’ Welfare

The CM highlighted key initiatives for farmers, including:

  • Water and electricity as top priorities in the first year.
  • Ram Jalasetu Link Project (Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal-ERCP), Yamuna Water Agreement for Shekhawati, and the Devash Project to improve water availability.
  • Strengthening the Indira Gandhi Canal and Mahi Project to ensure water security.

He assured that Rajasthan will become a leader in water resources in the coming years.

Electricity for Farmers by 2027

The state government has set a target to provide electricity to farmers during the daytime by 2027. Key initiatives include:

  • Increasing the Kisan Samman Nidhi to ₹8,000.
  • Raising the minimum support price (MSP) for wheat.
  • Launching the Mangla Livestock Insurance Scheme and Mobile Veterinary Units.

10 Lakh Households Connected to Drinking Water

The government is committed to providing tap water to every household. In the past year:

  • 10 lakh families have received drinking water connections.
  • PM Narendra Modi extended the Jal Jeevan Mission on the state’s request.

Employment and Economic Growth

The state government is actively creating employment opportunities:

  • 60,000 government jobs have been provided, with a goal of 1 lakh jobs by July.
  • An employment calendar for 81,000 government job exams in 2025 has been released.
  • 4 lakh government jobs are planned over 5 years.
  • Private sector growth is being boosted through the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit, securing ₹35 lakh crore in investments.

Social Welfare Initiatives

The government has introduced several welfare programs:

  • 1,000 new Anganwadi centers to support early childhood care.
  • Lado Incentive Scheme for the education and empowerment of girls.
  • Amrit Aahar Yojana, providing nutritious milk at Anganwadi centers.

Development Projects Worth ₹100 Crore in Didwana-Kuchaman

The government is implementing ₹100 crore worth of development projects in Didwana-Kuchaman, including:

  • 78% of the announced projects have been approved.
  • Construction of an ROB at Chhoti Khatu and road development in Nawa City.
  • New offices for Assistant Engineers (Electricity) and a 132 KV GSS in Bhawanta.
  • Upgrading Didwana District Hospital to 300 beds and adding a cardiac unit at Kuchaman District Hospital.
  • A state-of-the-art Automated Driving Test Track is now operational.

Tributes to Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa

Revenue Minister Shri Vijay Singh Choudhary praised CM Bhajanlal Sharma’s leadership, ensuring the welfare of all communities. He acknowledged Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa’s legacy of helping the needy, stating that his contributions will always be remembered.

Before the event, CM Sharma garlanded and unveiled the statue of Shri Bhanwararam Kadwa. The event was attended by Minister of Women & Child Development Dr. Manju Bagmar, Rajasthan Farmers Commission Chairman Shri C.R. Choudhary, MLAs Shri Laxmanram Kalaru and Shri Reventaram Danga, former MP Dr. Jyoti Mirdha, religious leaders, and a large gathering of people.
