Water Resources Minister Addresses Public Grievances at Ajmer Circuit House, Provides Immediate Relief
Jaipur – Water Resources Minister Shri Suresh Singh Rawat held a public grievance hearing at Ajmer Circuit House, where he listened to the concerns of citizens and issued immediate directives for their resolution. During the session, he engaged in discussions on various issues and assured the public of swift solutions.
Shri Rawat emphasized that the government’s primary objective is to understand and resolve the problems faced by common citizens. He assured that issues related to water resources, irrigation facilities, and drinking water availability would be addressed on a priority basis.
Key Issues Addressed:
- Irrigation and Water Conservation: Farmers raised concerns about water shortages for irrigation and contamination of water sources. The minister assured improvements in water conservation plans and enhancement of irrigation facilities.
- Drinking Water Supply: Some areas were facing drinking water shortages, and Shri Rawat directed officials to take immediate action to resolve the issue.
- River and Pond Conservation: Emphasizing the importance of preserving water bodies, the minister assured accelerated efforts for their protection and maintenance.
Shri Rawat also stated that the state government is working on long-term plans to combat water scarcity and continuously striving to improve water management at all levels. He urged the public to actively participate in water conservation efforts, highlighting its crucial role in sustainable development.
During the public hearing, numerous citizens from Ajmer district presented their grievances directly to the minister. Taking their concerns seriously, Shri Rawat instructed officials to take prompt action for their resolution.
