“Transform Your Life with Tiny Habits: A Must-Read Book!”

Let me begin by saying that this book is a must for everyone’s library. In fact, it is a must-read for all. I say this because, in a simple and relatable way, the author takes us on a journey of gradual changes within us, which eventually result in major lifestyle readjustments for the better.

The author defines a habit as “a behavior that has been repeated enough times to be automatic.” He goes on to define an atomic habit as “a little habit that is a part of a larger system.” He starts the narrative by talking about small changes and how even a one percent improvement can compound over time and become a big achievement. The biggest challenge to this belief is that people often decide to make big changes and want immediate results. Most of the time, they fail, not knowing what went wrong, and they just give up. The author has very systematically and logically highlighted how to make small, lasting habits that can lead to big changes over time.

I shall not give a summary of the book, but I sincerely appeal to you to read it, as it is bound to bring meaningful changes to your life and add a new zest and purpose to your living!
