Mumbai: The study of ‘Yoga’ is India’s invaluable gift to the world. Every year on 21st June, ‘International Yoga Day’ is celebrated worldwide. Associate Professor Vrishali Ujede from the Department of Health and Yoga, Podar Medical College (Ayu), Worli, will be featured in a special interview on ‘Dilkhulas’ and ‘Jai Maharashtra’.
‘International Yoga Day’ and ‘World Music Day’ are observed globally on 21st June annually. The objective is to raise awareness about the benefits of spiritual and physical practice. Yoga practice is crucial for maintaining health and leading a healthy lifestyle. Similarly, music plays a vital role in stress reduction. Following COVID-19, the significance of yoga has grown, with people worldwide embracing it for wellness. Dr. Ujede discusses the importance of yoga and music in human life, along with various forms of yoga and music therapy, on the ‘Dilkhulas’ program.
